- UFC middleweight champ Anderson Silva will defend his title against Vitor Belfort in the main event of UFC 126 on Feb. 5 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

- Japanese standout Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto has signed with the UFC and will drop to bantamweight to make his Octagon debut against fellow newcomer Demetrious Johnson at UFC 126

- A matchup between welterweight contenders Diego Sanchez and Martin Kampmann is set for UFC on Versus 3 and is expected to headline the March 3.
