Chael Sonnen will get another chance of redemption at reigning UFC middleweight champion Anderson “Spider” Silva early next year at UFC 125 but may be moved to UFC 127 as the UFC is expecting it’s Super Bowl event on February.

Sonnen recently speaks and shared his thoughts on ESPN’s MMA live.

“There’s absolutely going to be a sequel,part two is tentatively scheduled for New Year’s weekend. It may take place Super Bowl weekend. Either way it’ll be in Vegas. It’s gonna be a big deal, last time I defeated the myth, this time I’m gonna defeat the man. The only thing different is I’m leaving there with the belt. That’s it. We were one minute away from pulling it off. If I [had] beat him I’d have to come back and beat him again anyways. Nothing in my career has changed. I was the best fighter before that fight and I’m the best fighter after it.”

UFC lightweight champion Frankie “Answer” Edgar will get a chance to avenge his only loss to the only man who tainted his record, current UFC lightweight number one challenger Gray “The Bully” Maynard and might possibly co-headline UFC 125.
