Current UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar will defend his title against challenger Cain Velasquez in the main event of UFC 121:”Lesnar vs. Velasquez” on October 23 at the Honda Center in Anaheim,California. The UFC officially announced the pay-per-view event last Monday.

UFC 121 fight card includes UFC debut of former Strikeforce middleweight champ Jake Shields against Martin “Hitman” Kampmann and also features Diego “Nightmare” Sanchez against Paulo Thiago, former UFC light heavyweight Tito “Huntington Beach Bad Boy” Ortiz vs. Matt “Hammer” Hamill and Brendan Schaub against Gabriel Gonzaga.
