– A broken arm suffered in his first-round knockout of Chuck Liddell at June’s UFC 115 will not require surgery and Rich Franklin could return to UFC action as early as December.

– Former UFC fighter Paul Daley is in talks with Strikeforce and could sign with the promotion as early as this week. Daley (24-9-2) was released following UFC 113 for a post-fight sucker punch on Josh Koscheck.

– Ben Rothwell has undergone knee surgery to repair a torn ACL suffered in a June and expects to return in 6-9 months.
