– Jorge Rivera has been forced out of his UFC 118 fight with Alessio Sakara after suffering a broken arm while training for the August 28 fight. Gerald Harris had agreed to replace injured Jorge Rivera and will face Alessio Sakara on the Spike-televised preliminary card.

– Todd Duffee vs. Jon Madsen has been added to UFC 121.

– Nick Diaz could move up to middleweight for a match with Jason “Mayhem” Miller in October. Dan Henderson will likely return to light heavyweight for a rematch with Renato “Babalu” Sobral.
