– Vitor Belfort, who was forced to withdraw from a UFC 112 fight against Anderson Silva due to a shoulder injury, has announced that he’ll be ready to return to the Octagon in September.

– Kenny Florian and Gray Maynard are expected to meet at an August 28 UFC event at the TD Garden in Boston with the next shot at the lightweight title on the line. BJ Penn is expected to get a rematch against Frankie Edgar before Florian or Maynard gets their shot.
