13 of the 22 fighters in who fought on Saturday at : Relentless were subject to drug testing by the Nevada State Athletic Commission and all of the tests for performance enhancing drugs and drugs of abuse were negative.

Tested from UFC 109: , , Nate Marquart, , , , Matt Serra, Mac Danzig, Phil Davis, Chris Tuchsherer, Joey Beltran, Melvin Guillard, and Rob Emerson.
