Brock Lesnar Suffering From Bacterial Infection, Currently Hospitalized

According to the Associated Press, UFC heavyweight champion is suffering from a bacterial infection in his intestinal tract. The previously undiagnosed illness will keep Lesnar out of action indefinitely. is currently hospitalized and may be released soon, according to .

White is also encouraging Lesnar to check into the Mayo Clinic for addition treatment, though it’s not yet known whether he will require major surgery. White told the AP that Lesnar may never fight again, which is dependant on his recovery from the illness.
