Update on Shane McMahon/WWE, Another Name Meets with UFC

- As noted before, Shane McMahon recently met with UFC officials in Las Vegas for an exploratory meeting. As far as we know, nothing was signed and nothing happened that would result in negotiations being broken off. Within WWE, both on the creative and talent sides, it’s believed that Shane will end up with UFC eventually. It’s possible that Shane may do something with UFC like he did with WWE as the President of Global Media and help UFC expand internationally.

A good friend of Shane’s and former President of WWE Canada, Carl DeMarco, also met with UFC officials separately last week. Sources within WWE speculate that Shane and Carl may end up going to UFC as a package.
