Illness Forces Lesnar To Cancel UFC 106 Match

An illness has forced UFC heavyweight champion out of the main event with . Lesnar has been sick and unable to train for nearly a month.   The news was first reported by Yahoo! Sports.

Carwin has since stated he’s now planning on facing Lesnar on January 2 at .  The UFC has not determined a replacement fight to headline the show, which takes place November 21 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

UFC 106 now has 2 of its headline matches scrapped along with the vs. match being canceled due to a injury.
