UFC 108 Scheduled For January 2

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has tentatively approved a January 2 UFC fight date at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.  The event presumably would be .

UFC usually ends the year with their one of their biggest cards of the year, such as UFC  66 which featured Ortiz vs. Lidell II on December 30.

Instead of opting for a December 26 date, the “year-end” UFC show will take place on January 2.
