- On Friday, August 28th before the UFC 102 weigh-ins, Dan Henderson will take the stage for a Q&A session for the UFC Fight Club members. The event takes place at the Rose Garden Arena. Also, Anderson Silva, Nate Quarry, Chael Sonnen and Shane Carwin will be available to sign autographs. Check-in for the Q&A, which is only open to UFC Fight Club members, begins at 1PM PT, and the session with Henderson runs from 2PM to 3PM PT. The autograph session is open from 1PM to 3PM PT, with the weigh-ins beginning at 4PM PT.

- Karo Parisyan (18-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC) and Dustin Hazelett (12-4 MMA, 5-2 UFC) have verbally agreed to face off at UFC 106. Parisyan is coming off of a suspension, stemming from his UFC 94 bout with Dong Hyun Kim, while Hazelett is coming off of ACL surgery. Hazelett is returning earlier than expected, as he stated the following in April.

“I’m out for probably a year, If everything goes perfect, I may be able to get one (fight) in before the end of the year. But I just don’t want to rush it and tear [my ACL] again like ‘Shogun’ (Rua) did.”
