UFC Airing Fights from UFC 100 Against Carano vs. Cyborg Saturday

- UFC has announced today a Spike TV replay of fights from UFC 100 for Saturday, August 15 at 10 PM ET, head to head with the Strikeforce: ‘Carano vs Cyborg’ event that’s set to air live on Showtime.

Fights to be aired from UFC 101 include: Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir, Dan Henderson vs. Michael Bisping, Alan Belcher vs. Yoshihiro Akiyama, Stephan Bonnar vs. Mark Coleman, Shannon Gurgerty vs. Matt Grice and Jon Jones vs. Jake O’Brien.

This is not the UFC’s first counter programming effort against Strikeforce. Spike TV debuted UFC 94: “St. Pierre vs. Penn 2” to run head-to-head against “Shamrock vs. Diaz” back on April 11.
